Hero of the Week: Jenny Ping, Artist

Jenny Ping is one of the best new artists today who stays under the radar, but not for long. Born in 1982, she lives and works in Scarsdale, NY. Her work has been featured in solo and group shows at Klaus von Nichtssagend Gallery, CRG Gallery, and Marquise Dance Hall as well as publications V Magazine, Casasugar, and ArtCal Zine among others. She has a BFA from Parson School of Design in NY and received the prize in painting at the 2009 Florence Biennale. For more on Christopher Bartley's review of her work in V, click here.
