"Big Bambu: You Can't, You Don't, and You Won't Stop"
If you haven't gone to the MET rooftop garden yet and checked out the "Big Bambu" exhibit, you have till October to do so. The sculpture, is a work in progress, it will contain 5,000 bamboo poles joined together by brightly colored nylon ropes. The finished piece will be 100 feet long and be made of three types of bamboo shipped from Georgia and South Carolina.
You are actually able to take a guided tour on the pathways of the bamboo type scaffolding, that leads all the up top. It's a beautiful view.
